  • Client Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a tutoring session without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Vista Springs Cancellations: In rare instances, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate Vista Springs cancelling or rescheduling a session. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible (at least 24 hours’ notice if possible) and work with you to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.
